- In the original packaging with all tags attached.
- Accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase.
Please note that certain items, such as sale items and custom-made products (e.g., Wedding Dresses and Bridal Jumpsuits), are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless they are defective or damaged upon arrival.
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
Follow these steps to return or exchange an item:

- Receive Instructions: Our customer service team will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed instructions on how to proceed.
- Pack and Ship: Securely pack the item(s) in their original packaging and include the RMA number on the outside of the package. Ship the package to the address provided in the instructions.
