  • Standard Shipping: Delivered via DHL or FedEx, with an estimated delivery time of 10-15 business days after dispatch. Shipping fee: £12.95.
  • Free Shipping: Available for orders over £50, delivered via EMS with an estimated delivery time of 15-25 business days after dispatch.

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy, we offer a hassle-free returns and exchanges policy within 15 days of receiving your items.

Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must meet the following criteria:

  • Unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition.
  • In the original packaging with all tags attached.
  • Accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase.

Please Note: Certain items, such as sale items and custom-made products (e.g., Wedding Dresses and Bridal Jumpsuits), are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless they are defective or damaged upon arrival.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

  1. Contact Us: Email us at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order. Include your order number, the item(s) you wish to return or exchange, and the reason for the return.
  2. Receive Instructions: Our customer service team will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed instructions on how to proceed.
  3. Pack and Ship: Securely pack the item(s) in their original packaging and include the RMA number on the outside of the package. Ship the package to the address provided in the instructions.

Refunds and Processing Time
